You will have access to details on the running of your building, your finances and your planned or reactive maintenance and repairs, lease information, buildings insurance certificates, compliance certificates and even a community chat hub.
We will perform routine inspections and provide report information on any corrective actions identified. This extends to on-site real time contractor engagement and the issue of works requests for swift resolution. You can track the progress of the repair, have visibility of the contractors invoice and even track their payment.
We will answer emails and telephone calls, we will come to site, we will be visible and we will be proactive.
